Philadelphia's University City Science Center U.S. Market Access Program is a high-touch program designed for growth-stage medtech, diagnostics, device, and digital health companies ready to expand into the U.S. healthcare market. It provides a curated, high-touch experience that helps non-US companies establish a U.S. foothold.  This is not startup roadshows or random pitches.  

Companies get: 

• Strategic Market Entry Guidance – Expert mentorship on operations, legal frameworks, and regulatory strategy. 

• Product Optimization – Tailored support to align with the priorities of U.S. healthcare systems. 

• Curated Stakeholder Access – Direct introductions to payors, providers, investors, and industry leaders. 

• Investor Engagement – Access to top-tier industry-relevant investors and insights into the U.S. venture landscape. 

The program combines three weeks of virtual programming (beginning 23 February 2026) with a five-day in-person immersion in Philadelphia (16-20 March), timed alongside two major industry events in Philadelphia—Pharma USA 2026 and Access USA by Informa. 

The Science Center is currently recruiting for the next cohort. They are seeking companies that have demonstrated traction in their home market, raised at least $5M (USD), and are committed to U.S. expansion.
